$5.00 Flat Rate Shipping on all Orders, go on add 3 or 4 items to the cart. Shipping is still only $5.00

Upon adding items to your cart or clicking on BUY NOW, the shipping charges and options will appear by the shopping basket. There will be a drop down selection where you can choose your shipping speed prior to entering any personal information.

The rates are valid for the Contiguous US States only. Alaska and Hawaii might have additional fees with the express delivery option. Please call us for more details. You can also place the order at the standard rate. If there is any additional fees then you will be contacted before charging the card and shipping.

WHO DO WE SHIP WITH?
We ship with both USPS and Fedex. Most smaller items like chargers and batteries ship with the Post Office. Larger packages or two day and overnight packages will usually ship with Fedex. If you have a preference then please add it during the check out process in the customer notes tab. When shipping with USPS we are able to ship to a PO Box. Fedex will not ship to a PO Box. All APO orders will ship with USPS.

PROCESSING TIME:
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

*Please note, credit card processing can take up to 2 business days. Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can complete your order.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main New York City warehouse or from one of our distribution warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock then you will be notified before the credit card is charged. At that time you will have the option to wait on a back order or cancel. Please keep in mind that we stock over 3,000 items. From time to time our inventory can be off. Please call our customer service team for real time inventory at 877-226-7456.

TRANSIT TIME:

Standard Ground: 3 to 7 Business Days. Most packages ship from the East Coast

Third Day: 3 Business Days

Second Day: 2 Business Days.

Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

*Please Note: Saturday delivery is only available on orders placed by telephone before 1pm EST on Friday. Fedex does charge an additional rate for Saturday delivery. Please give us a call or send us an email for more details and pricing.

* Please note that Saturday is not a busniess day. If a package is shipped with Two Day Air with Fedex on Thursday it will not arrive until Monday.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. In stock items usually ship within 24 hours. Express orders usually ship the same day or the very next day. Depending on what time the order is placed.
