Product Returns & Exchanges
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, I Gadget Now offers an exclusive 30-day exchange/refund policy to online/mail order customers only.
The following products are not acceptable for credit, refund, or an exchange and must be repaired or handled by the manufacturer or manufacturers' authorized service centers. Tripods, opened media, including tapes, cd's or DVD’s, lights, blister-packed items, flashes, extended warranties, lenses and filters. We would be more than happy to replace any defective merchandise within our 30 day return policy at no cost to you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization from I Gadget Now.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, if the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in mint condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee.
We understand that our return policy may not be 100% fair for every customer, but we do have to protect ourselves against the customer that makes a purchase and then uses the item or items for their special moments or vacation and then want to return it. We all have that drawer stuffed with hundreds of cable and gadgets, before placing your order please to be sure to try and look as best as possible for your charger. We only offer an exchange policy on chargers and ac adapater, no refunds. Once an order starts the shipping process it cannot be reversed. We would be more than happy to stop an order before it ships with no penalty or fees. Please make sure to send us an email or give us a call to stop it. Most packages ship the very next day an order is placed, sometimes within that same hour, especially if there is an express shipping option chosen.
All returns for exchange due to defect will be handled expeditiously. Shipping costs are non refundable. Shipping back to customer, if within the return period, will be at no cost.
For an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) email: firstname.lastname@example.org. All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.
All products packaged as a kit must be returned in full. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized, apologetically, will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
