How does the Service Protection Plan work?
The
Priority Service Program is a mirror of the manufacturers warranty, but
with a few added features. Phillips offers electrical surge and
lightning protection without requiring any additional hardware. Phillips
covers the remote control for the full term of the contract, as well as
on-site service for most products. If the product is found to be not
repairable or deemed to be uneconomical to repair, the product is
replaced. There is no deductible, co-pay or any hidden costs. When the
freight is covered for units that need to be shipped to repair stations.

customer service. Phillips' primary goal is to help ensure that the you
receive many years of enjoyment from the product you purchase.
Who provides the service?

our 1500 service centers Nationwide. If original manufacturer's warranty
has expired just call Phillips nationwide toll-free customer service
line for a conveniently located service center.
If it is determined that your product can no longer be repaired,
it will be replaced with a new product of like kind and quality.
How long does the Service Protection Plan last?
This
Priority Service Program provides you with five total years of coverage
from the product purchase date. This includes the period of time that
the manufacturer's warranty is in effect. Phillips coverage begins upon
expiration of the manufacturer's labor warranty. There are no
deductibles or hidden costs.
Annual Check-Up
You
will appreciate a yearly check-up and maintenance service.
Professionals will check tubes, tuners, screen burn in, pixel damage,
glass display elements, as well as switches and sensors.
